Things to know about making appointments
In order to provide the best services for all members of the MSU community, we have a few rules regarding appointments:
- Students are limited to 2 appointments (up to 4 hours of consultation) per week and one appointment per day across all writing center locations.
- To get the best feedback possible, students coming in for 4 hours each week need to work with at least 2 different consultants on an equal basis (e.g., two hours with each consultant).
- Students who are late for their appointments may forfeit their slot to walk-in clients. Please call if you know you will be late (432-3610).
- Appointments can only be made two weeks in advance. If you have to miss an appointment, please cancel 12 hours in advance to open up the appointment for another client.
